This learning plan is here to cover both areas. Start with the two introductory courses, one for robotic process automation (RPA) and business automation, the other one for AI-powered automation. Continue with the bread and butter of the Automation Project Manager skillset, namely the automation implementation methodology, designed by the best UiPath automation practitioners after thousands of hours of project implementations. Follow-up with the Automation Operating Model, a framework for automation at scale.  

The learning plan ends with two courses involving UiPath Automation Hub, the components of the UiPath Platform built for managing enterprise-scale automation programs. The first one is meant to provide an overview of the tool and the other one covers in depth the life cycle of an automation idea in Automation Hub.  

This learning plan takes 7 hours to complete. Once finished, you’ll receive a diploma of completion.

The Automation Project Manager training is ideal for software project managers looking to develop their skillset with Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.
