At the end of this course learners should be able to:

• Explain the benefits of using the IT Automation activities; 
• Identify processes that are suitable for automation using IT Automation;

• Create a new user account in Active Directory, set the password to expire, add users to lists of groups by using the dedicated Active Directory Activity Package;

• Identify common IT operations that can be automated with the VMware Activity Package;
• Create a VM from a template, perform basic VM operations, like power on and power off, and delete VMs based on the user choice; Identify common IT operation that can be automated with Azure Activity Package;
