Process Analysis Fundamentals with UiPath Process Mining

Process mining uses data from IT systems to create a set of process visualizations that provide meaningful insights into how a process is performed. This is called scientific process discovery. Its goal is to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks to suggest process improvements. These improvements include mapping automation opportunities for robotic process automation.

In this course, we start by getting familiar with the role of an analyst during the stages of a Process Mining project, as well as the other roles involved. We are then introduced to a business scenario of a company that is analyzing its invoicing process to discover, improve and monitor it. As we dive into the use case, we learn the fundamentals of using UiPath Process Mining to dig into data and use it to create a Process Overview.

As an analyst, you can leverage UiPath Process Mining applications to analyze a process, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and propose improvements. You will practice with a real-life scenario to navigate a Process Mining application, the menus, and dashboards to use in your analysis. You will also use filtering, sorting, and favorites to zoom in on specific data about the process. At the end of the course, you will be equipped with the skills you need to create a process overview using UiPath Process Mining.

This course is for anyone who uses a UiPath Process Mining application to analyze a process. The typical roles engaged in that are Process Analysts (Business Analysts), Process Owners, and Process Experts.
