In this course, we are introducing you to the lifecycle of an automation idea. It also includes sharing CoE-driven ideas, cost benefit analysis and how automation ideas and automations are managed. In addition. it also covers the dashboards and reports in Automation Hub to track the performance and cost of the automation program.

The course is mainly addressed to the Center of Excellence members and leaders, such as Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Citizen Developers, or Process Consultants. However, this could be of interest for anybody looking to see how automation ideas become reality.
