AREP Foundations

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the A Robot for Every PersonTM or AREP program and its framework and helps in comprehending the reasons for building and implementing it. This course also provides detailed step-by-step guidance for organizational adoption of the program enriching it with effective approaches and best practices to elevate your journey.

Individuals taking the course Must have taken the following Learning Prerequisites at UiPath Academy Courses:

• RPA Starter

• Introduction to the Automation Operating model

Learning Objectives:

• Understand key concepts and definition of the AREP Program.

• Understand the different types of automations available to organizations.

• Understand the playbook to developing a systematic, scalable, and controlled approach to making AREP a reality within an organization.

• Explain the five steps including personas, control points, processes, and enabling the platform to expand & enhance an existing AOM to support AREP @ Scale.

• Understand the practical steps on scaling and sustaining a program once underway, focusing on demand, adoption, and training.

• Understand the balance and orchestration of top down and bottoms-up change management efforts in mobilizing the organization’s participation and balance growing the program with the ability to realize value.
