This course is designed for Global Product Support Engineers and other UiPath technical professionals who support customers adopting agentic products through BYOT and BYOM.
This course covers key areas around:
Overview – Define BYOT and BYOM, describe why customers adopt them, and differentiate UiPath-managed vs. customer-managed models and their architecture.
Configuration – Practice applying setup steps for BYOT and BYOM, and demonstrate how to connect them with UiPath Agents.
Troubleshooting – Diagnose common issues, collect and analyze logs, and evaluate responsibilities between UiPath and the customer.
Assessment – Evaluate knowledge and readiness through a final quiz on BYOT/BYOM scenarios.
At the end of this course, you should be able to:
