Introduction to BPMN concepts

This course offers a practical introduction to BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation), a standardized, visual language for designing business workflows that are both human-readable and automation-ready. You’ll start by getting to know UiPath Maestro, the next-generation orchestration platform that brings together bots, AI agents, and people into one unified process environment.

You’ll explore the core components of BPMN 2.0, learn how these elements map to automation concepts within Maestro, best practices and common pitfalls in BPMN modeling.

This course takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete. A knowledge check and feedback survey are required to receive a diploma of completion.

This course is primarily designed for automation developers, but it’s also ideal for anyone interested in learning BPMN.
