Manage the UiPath Platform (v2024.10)

To go well beyond pure RPA to AI-powered automation, companies need to work with the UiPath products together, as the UiPath Platform. Whether choosing Automation Cloud for SaaS or Automation Suite for on-premises delivery, the management approach for the UiPath Platform remains uniform. Therefore, the course is appropriately titled "Manage the UiPath Platform," emphasizing operations, administration, and effective management of the UiPath Platform.

This course was originally built using the 2023.10 product version of UiPath Business Automation Platform. Although we're now aligning it with the 2024.10 version, the new features introduced in 2024.10 do not impact the core functionality covered in this course. Therefore, the videos and text remain fully relevant.  You may notice some visual differences between the 2023.10 version shown in the course and the 2024.10 version you are using. However, these differences are minor and should not affect your understanding or execution of the tasks. Please refer to the official UiPath documentation, which will detail any small changes or new features. Release notes for the 2024.10 Enterprise Release.

This course is designed for CoE Admin role, who is responsible for administrating the UiPath Platform within their organization.

This course covers key areas around:  

• UiPath Platform taxonomy.  

• UiPath Platform licenses.  

• Tenant management  

• Service & license management in tenants.  

• Accounts and groups management.  

• User license and role management.  

• Advanced UiPath Platform management settings.  

At the end of this course, you should be able to: 

• Provide an overview of the UiPath Platform.   

• Acquire the main concepts of the UiPath Platform.   

• Differentiate between the three levels of licensing UiPath offers: platform, service, and user licenses.  

• Operate the tenants in your organization by adding new ones, editing, enabling/disabling, and deleting them.    

• Provision services to your tenants.   

• Allocate licenses to tenants.  

• Manage accounts and groups on the UiPath Platform, at the organization and tenant levels.   

• Allocate user licenses to the user accounts, and groups.  

• Assign roles to users.  

• Customize organization settings and access your on-premises resources that are behind a firewall via a VPN gateway.  

Once you complete this course, you will receive a Diploma of Completion.
