About the Process Analysis Advanced Training

Process mining uses data from IT systems to generate process visualizations that provide meaningful insights into how a process is executed. This is called scientific process discovery and it can be done with UiPath Process Mining. This tool enables enterprises to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in a process and use these insights to improve the process.

In this course, we start by getting familiar with the UiPath Process Mining cycle, the activities performed in the process discovery stage of the cycle, and the process aspects in Process Mining we can use for better results. Using a business scenario, we’re then practicing with two types of Process Mining analysis: exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis. We also learn how to choose the process aspects to focus on during an analysis, and how to use Process Mining applications to gather insights.

From there onwards, we're looking at the theory and best practices behind root-cause analysis, presenting the findings to the stakeholders, and prioritizing improvement initiatives.

At the end of the course, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to do an in-depth discovery of a business process using UiPath Process Mining.

Product alignment: This course was built using the 2021.10 product version of UiPath Process Mining and is applicable to newer versions as well.
