Product Support Experience for Leaders is an eight-hour workshop designed to equip leaders to gain a clear understanding of content contained in the Product Support Experience 101 (PSE 101) 3-day workshop attended by Product Support Engineers. This workshop will review specific pre-work related to the PSE 101 workshop and introduce leaders to coaching resources from within the UiPath Manger Toolkit and curated coaching tools built specifically for UiPath. Additionally, leaders attending this workshop will take part in several discussions and planned activities designed to provide clear guidance and plans for coaching skills defined in the PSE 101 workshop.

Workshop Overview

Welcome to the PSE for Leaders workshop. This eight-hour workshop is held on one day or two ½ days depending on scheduling. Before attending this workshop, you should have completed pre-work located on SharePoint and assigned to you by email with direct links and information. Below are the learning goals planned or this workshop and a review of the topics covered during the workshop. Ahead of the workshop you’re welcome to reach out to instructors with questions, to seek clarification of any prework, or to simply check your understanding on an upcoming workshop. Workshop Learning Goals

Through active engagement and completion of workshop activities, you will be able to:

• Identify and define key concepts contained in the PSE 101 workshop attended by Engineers.

• Define specific models for coaching skill development using a proven model.

• Locate resources to support your activities as a coach within the UiPath online environment.

• Define specific goals related to personal and professional development aligned to UiPath goals.

• Discover how to access and use the GROW Coaching 12 Month Conversation PLĀbook.

Workshop Materials

Technology: You will need to have access to your UiPath laptop and be able to use SSO to access resources referenced in this workshop. Use of your laptop may include visiting one or more of the following sites:

Readings: Pre-work resources include recommendations for reading, and links to LinkedIn resources, groups, and other content to support leadership skill development, community-building, and reflection.
