UiPath automation implementation methodology fundamentals (v2024.10)

This course is designed to equip you with foundational knowledge and proper tools that enable you to have a fast and successful implementation with UiPath.   Prior experience working with either UiPath or a different RPA platform and/or programming languages, coupled with exposure to real business scenarios is recommended.  The course starts by explaining why having in place a carefully planned and tested implementation methodology is important.

Next, it explains the UiPath Automation Implementation model. Each stage details the tasks, interaction with other roles, as well as tools you can use.  Afterwards, it moves to explain the roles and responsibilities both from the UiPath and Client team sides followed by ways to solving the most common challenges faced in implementations. You’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned by solving some issues related to the specified business case. Lastly, you will be able to check your knowledge through a final Quiz and receive your diploma of completion.

Topics are explained in a thorough yet simple and clear way, through videos, examples, tools, challenges, a real-life business scenario, and documentation to support you on your Automation Implementation process with UiPath.

This course was originally built using UiPath Studio version 2022.10, with updates reflecting changes in version 2024.10. We recommend using UiPath Studio 2024.10 to fully benefit from the latest features and improvements. Please keep in mind that UiPath Orchestrator is a cloud product and is updated more often than Studio, therefore the interface might look a bit different than in the course.

This learning plan is based on the 2024.10 release. If you’re preparing for the 2023.10 certification, make sure to refer to the 2023.10 learning plan instead.
