UiPath Task Mining Overview

Course prerequisites: The Task Mining course is aimed at those with a beginner level of automation knowledge. If you’re new to UiPath and Automation, we’d recommend beginning with the Meet the UiPath Platform and Build Your First Process With Studio courses. 

Product alignment: This course was built using the 2022.10 product version of Task Mining and is applicable to newer versions as well.  

Audience: The UiPath Task Mining training is aimed at Process Analysts, Process owners, Process Consultants, Business Analysts, and other Center of Excellence roles.  

Learning objectives: At the end of this course learners should be able to: 

• Define the values UiPath Task Mining bring in automation discovery. 
• Describe the options for deploying Task Mining. 
• Define the two methods of Task Mining: Assisted & Unassisted Task Mining. 
• Decide when to use UiPath Unassisted Task Mining in comparison to Process Mining, Communication Mining, or other automation discovery tools and methods. 
• List the main users of UiPath Unassisted Task Mining and their activities. 
• Describe the main steps of a UiPath Unassisted Task Mining project. 
• Set up an Unassisted Task Mining project and start data collection. 
• Analyze the data collected. 
• Visualize the results. 
• Export the results using different export options.
