This course offers a practical introduction to case management in UiPath Maestro, a capability designed to orchestrate complex, long-running, and exception-driven work. You’ll learn how Maestro brings together people, automation, and AI agents to manage business situations that evolve over time and don’t follow a fixed workflow.
You’ll explore the fundamentals of case management, including when to use it, how it differs from traditional process orchestration, and how to model cases using stages, tasks, and transitions. You’ll also learn about key concepts such as case lifecycle, SLAs, and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
Through a guided walkthrough, you’ll see how a real-world case is designed, executed, and monitored end to end in UiPath Maestro.
This course takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to complete. A knowledge check and feedback survey are required to receive a diploma of completion.
