Orchestrator Personal Workspaces

About the UiPath Orchestrator Personal Workspaces Course  

The course is an introduction to working with Personal Workspaces in UiPath StudioX and Orchestrator. You will learn how to publish a workflow to your Personal Workspace and run it using UiPath Assistant. This course illustrates the use of the Personal Workspace view to explore processes and jobs, showing the possibilities available to you in Orchestrator. The activities presented are entirely applicable for RPA Developers using UiPath Studio with Orchestrator. 

The UiPath Workspace course is aimed at beginners with an interest in automation and storing and managing automation projects in Orchestrator. It takes 30 minutes to complete. At the end, you’ll receive a diploma of completion. 

Course Prerequisites 

This course is for beginners, but it requires basic RPA knowledge. The Build Your First Automation with StudioX course is a prerequisite if you are using StudioX. If you are using Studio, the Get Started with RPA Development course has to be taken before this.

This course is aimed at RPA developers and citizen developers looking to work with UiPath Workspaces and Orchestrator.

At the end of the UiPath Personal Workspaces course, you should be able to: 

• Define what a Personal Workspace is. 
• Explain the difference between a Personal Workspace and a regular Orchestrator folder. 
• Describe the benefits of using a Personal Workspace. 
• Publish an automation package from StudioX or Studio to your Personal Workspace in Orchestrator. 
• Execute a process from UiPath Assistant. 
• Use your Personal Workspace to store automations and run jobs. 
• Explain the use of Orchestrator entities, such as processes, assets, jobs, and logs. 
• Create assets in your Personal Workspace and use them in StudioX/Studio automations.
