About the 2022.10 UiPath Platform Updates course   

The 2022.10 UiPath Platform Updates is meant to highlight the most important capabilities and enhancements brought by the 2022.10 Long Term Support version of the UiPath Platform for each of the 19 components. 

Among these: 

• More customization options for Automation Hub, as well as easier migration between the different delivery options (standalone, Automation Suite, Automation Cloud). 
• Restructured, easier to use, more powerful app templates and built-in connectors in Process Mining. 
• A new discovery approach in Task Mining, called Assisted Task Mining. This is built on the capabilities of Task Capture. 
• A Data Manager panel in Studio, plus new capabilities of migrating legacy projects. 
• A more powerful AI model in AI Computer Vision, as well as the ability to automate more reliably applications built on some of the most used frameworks (Native Chromium, Qt5). 
• The Data Manager panel in StudioX and the ability to create cross-platform projects. 
• New ML models and a public Rest API for digitization with Document Understanding. 
• A connector builder in Integration Service and many more out-of-the-box connectors. 
• The Classic to Modern migration tool for Orchestrator. 
• Automation Cloud Test Robots running test sets and data-driven testing with test data queues. 
• AI Units fully integrated with AI Center. 
• New data types supported in Data Service. 
• New dashboards in Insights: Attended, Business ROI Queues, reusable components from Automation Hub. 
• A new Picture-in-Picture mode for running automations with robots. 
• A bunch of new controls in Apps and the integration with Integration Service. 
• Assistant becoming the go-to place for automation consumers, being able to show Action Center tasks and Apps. 
• A brand-new Global Notification Service in Action Center. 
• UiPath Process Mining and Automation Suite Robots in Automation Suite. 
• A new admin experience in Automation Cloud and the exciting canary tenant. 

This course is meant to be a guide to the UiPath products you already use or plan to start using. Depending on your role and expertise, you can decide to navigate to the lesson of interest and be done in 10 minutes. The level of this course is introductory. It doesn't cover the new features in depth, it just introduces them and provides additional resources that you can follow up with. 

This beginner course takes 5 hours to complete entirely, and between 10 and 30 minutes for each product. At the end, you’ll receive a diploma of completion. 

Course audience 

This is a beginner-level course, so it can be of value for everyone, no matter their role and expertise: Business Users, Citizen Developers, RPA Developers, RPA Operations Managers, Test Developers, RPA Business Analysts, RPA Project Managers, Automation Program Managers, Process Analysts, and so on. 

Course prerequisites 

This course assumes prior knowledge of the UiPath products. It doesn't cover the steady-state functionalities of the existing products, just the new features.
