This course is designed for UiPath Global Product Support (GPS) engineers and other UiPath customer-facing technical roles who support customers adopting agentic products and using Context Grounding within the UiPath platform. You’ll explore how Context Grounding enhances accuracy and trust by connecting agentic tools to organization-specific data, learn how it fits within the AI Trust Layer, and get hands-on practice configuring indexes with Orchestrator Storage Buckets and OneDrive. The course also covers key best practices, security measures, and troubleshooting techniques to help you guide customers through steps for reliable configurations and resolve common issues effectively.

This course is designed for Global Product Support Engineers and other UiPath technical professionals who support customers using Context Grounding with UiPath agentic products.
This course covers key areas around:
Introduction & Overview – Define what Context Grounding is, how it supports UiPath’s agentic products, and why it’s essential for customers who want their agents to use relevant, organization-specific data. Review UiPath search strategies (Semantic, Structured, and DeepRAG) and understand which are best suited for different data types and use cases.
Architecture & Configuration – Explore how Context Grounding fits within the UiPath AI Trust Layer, and learn the roles of its key components such as the Ingestion Pipeline, Retrieval Engine, and LLM Gateway. Practice creating and managing Context Grounding indexes using Orchestrator Storage Buckets and OneDrive, and learn how data moves securely through ingestion and retrieval flows.
Best Practices & Troubleshooting – Learn about configuration and security best practices that keep systems reliable and customer data protected. Identify and resolve common setup or runtime issues, review license considerations, and practice gathering and interpreting key logs (Execution Trace, HAR Trace, and AppInsights) to pinpoint and document root causes effectively.
Assessment – Evaluate your knowledge and readiness through a final quiz focused on Context Grounding concepts and support scenarios.
At the end of this course, you should be able to:
