Go Agentic is the baseline course for use internally by Global Product Support (GPS) designed to equip all team members with a clear and direct understanding of how UiPath uses the term ‘agentic’ and what it means for the future of the company. This course is informative and educational with a focus on application of terminology that is used internally and externally by both employees and customers alike. This specific course also sets expectations for completing four related courses within Academy dedicated to the ongoing support of cases and customer conversations related to Agentic Automations.
This training is designed for all members of GPS – from engineers to managers to anyone interested in understanding what agentic means and why it is the future of UiPath. It is particularly valuable for those responsible for supporting customer cases across a range of UiPath products.
