About the GPS Competency Matrix training

The GPS Competency Matrix is a unified framework that defines the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to thrive at UiPath. Three competency types equip individuals and teams to recognize areas of opportunity and skill development linked to career progression. The Competency Matrix provides clarity about roles and expectations to guide individuals as they grow in their UiPath career.

Competencies are the unique areas of expertise and capability central to an individual’s, or organization’s, success. Each competency defines how roles, people, and organizations develop in connection long-term development goals. The three competency types are Professional, Functional, and Technical.
